The Client / Operations Portal is a separate protected environment at portal.ritter-projects.com. This public website does not collect portal credentials, authentication tokens or protected project information. Portal users should review the privacy and access information presented within that separate environment.
Retention
Enquiry data is retained only for as long as needed for the communication, contractual relationship, statutory recordkeeping obligations or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. Technical logs are retained according to the production host's security and operational schedule and are not used for advertising.
